Hi!! My name is Sophie, I am going into my final year at UVIC as a Psychology student with a minor in Education. I was born and raised in Vancouver and love British Columbia for its outdoors. In my free time I like to spend time with family, enjoying the nature, going for hikes, reading and playing soccer.

I am open to anything but I prefer group chat messaging!
What are your communication strengths?
I am able to communicate openly and honestly, I often find myself falling into taking on leadership in group settings and will communicate that.
What are your communication weaknesses? Where would you like to grow?
I sometimes get sidetracked so it can be hard for me to stay on top of my tasks and conversations. I would like to be able to work flawlessly with not having my communication be a prominent issue.
Do you consider yourself an introvert or extrovert?
I would say I am more extroverted but definitely find myself fitting into the introvert role from time to time.

In the morning or early afternoon.
When you are upset do you tend to share this with others or keep it to yourself?

Everyone can have their own say and we can use different ideas to collaborate.

Sometimes some people do not put in as much work as others and it can be frustrating. If you need to take some time and not participate communication is needed!
